Property selection

We will supply you with examples of property currently available and give you a breakdown of costs associated with that particular investment. We will also tell you what your rental income should be so you can compare the outlay with the income.

Property presentation

We will arrange to meet you during our next visit to your country and bring with us photographs and details of the property or properties you are interested in.

Negotiations

After detailed discussion, if you choose to go ahead, we will commence negotiations on your behalf. Property acquisition in the UK is a long process and it could be three to four months before you become the owner of your property.

Ongoing management

We will then arrange for the rent to be paid into your bank account on a monthly basis.
